#32: Joshua ‘the beast’ Chisanga – On appreciating process, trail blazing and pro-rugby

In this episode, the BBB duo get to sit with a Kenyan giant, a brilliant sportsman with a special spot for music production. With the guest physically towering over them, they giddily tackle topics around sports and sportsmanship, shifts, sacrifice and then some! Following Joshua Chisanga’s journey, they talk strength and conditioning, discipline and deadlifts, living the dream, trials, teams, tenacity, headspace through surgeries and breakthroughs after delays and disappointments. Even as they polish lessons from the past, they underline ambitions, targets and heights yet to be reached with Olympics and more not far from reach. A hearty episode that celebrates a Kenyan icon who happens to be a great storyteller as is evident with his stories from around the world; Uganda to Zim, Nairobi to Newcastle, Poland to SA and so on! A great episode on drive, learning and unlearning, paving the way, surviving transitions, full circle moments, smashing through walls, resilience and beyond.
